1)a. All Masonic websites such as Lodge, District, PM Club, M&W Club, S&C Club,
Masonic Social Club, etc. must be approved before becoming active, whether or
not linked to the Grand Lodge website.
b. All social networking accounts such as FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.
must be approved before becoming active, whether or not linked to the Grand
Lodge website. Nothing pertaining to Freemasonry can be discussed, unless linked
to the Grand Lodge website.
c. All personal Masonic websites must be approved before becoming active,
whether or not linked to the Grand Lodge website. Nothing pertaining to
Freemasonry can be displayed, unless linked to the Grand Lodge website.
2) All changes and added links to existing websites must be approved.
3) The Webmaster must never give his password to any other person because he
will be held accountable for everything on the website.
4) Brothers must use caution when communicating with other Masonic websites or
unknown persons claiming to be Masons to assure that you do not communicate
inappropriately with one who may be a clandestine Mason or a non-Mason which
could cause a violation of a Brother's obligations and result in un-Masonic
conduct.
5) A link to the contact the webmaster must be a an easily accessible .
